What is Rejected by the Heir, Crowned by the Dragon about?

In this world ruled by dragon-hunting plutocrats, Elara, heir of the Vanguard House, is publicly jilted by her fiancé Arthur and exiled to the Forbidden Woods after her test reveals zero magical power. Trapped in desperate straits, she meets Ignis, a tyrannical dragon emperor cursed with severed wings. Drawing on her peerless mechanical talent, Elara crafts mechanical dragon wings for Ignis. The two forge a soul pact, bound by an incomplete symbiotic bond. Faced with Arthur’s relentless pursuit and hunting conspiracy, Elara and Ignis strike back from the brink of ruin. In the end, riding atop Ignis in his true dragon form, they pierce the clouds, overthrow the old order, and usher in a new era of peace between humans and dragons.
