Nora grew up in a home that revolved entirely around her twin sister, Vanessa—constantly overlooked, quietly belittled. So she got into South Bank University, as far from home as she could go, cut ties with the family that never saw her, and started over on her own merit. When her family and her childhood love, Ethan, finally come chasing after her, Nora holds her ground—and grows into the confident, independent woman she was always meant to be.
