Ruby only meant to take a temporary nanny job for quick money, but she accidentally walks into the frozen world of billionaire Ethan Cole and his impossible twins. The children have already driven away sixteen nannies, Ethan runs his home like a boardroom, and every corner of the estate is ruled by cold order instead of warmth. What begins as a one-week trial quickly turns into something much larger. As Ruby challenges the household’s rigid rules, the twins slowly begin to trust again, Ethan is forced to confront the way he confuses control with parenting, and an external power struggle over custody, inheritance, and corporate leadership starts closing in. Caught between family politics and emotional chaos, Ruby becomes the first person who can truly reach the children—and the first one capable of changing Ethan himself. What started as a hired role becomes something real: she was brought in to play a mother, but she ends up becoming the heart of the family.
