On the night of the Night Crown final, legendary racer Caleb Knox is betrayed by his fiancée Celeste and business partner Victor, who share a kiss while remotely steering his car toward a cliff. Caleb's brother dies, Caleb disappears, and the lovers steal his team, fortune, and legacy. Five years later, the racing world worships Victor and Celeste as a power couple. They never expect the quiet tow-truck driver saving garage owner Sofia Reyes from a sabotaged car to be Caleb. Forced back behind the wheel, Caleb joins Sofia's failing team and turns every race into a public reckoning. As danger pulls the new partners closer, they uncover the affair, murder plot, rigged bets, and control system behind the old crash. Caleb can take back everything they stole, but his final choice will decide whether he becomes another ruthless king or the man Sofia believes survived the fire.
